please note , most items you order on this website are custom made we ask our customers to chose and review their orders carefully before checkout we have provided size charts to help with selection process please use these as guide only , we will not exchange or except returns for wrong choice / selections, sizing , colour or wrong product & apparel selection , we will however exchange items that are defective before & when you received thats totally on us , if however you might receive damage goods from shipping please contact us so we can get your order resolved as soon as possible , we will look after you our customer!
1. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense
2. We will need the purchase invoice / order number & description Item number where applicable .
3. Please provide a detailed description about the product fault & please include clear photos to help with submitting any claims, it helps us speed up the process please include photos with your email request.
4. Return email: should include in the Subject line as follow's ,
Subject : Returns inquiry [ your full name ] Invoice Number
